Nile Developments announces that it has obtained the Research Center approval for the N31 project, becoming the first company to obtain that approval in the skyscrapers area, which is one of the most important approvals within the project’s licensing procedures, Invest-Gate reports.
Mohamed Taher, chairman of Nile Developments, says, “the company has completed all the engineering drawings for N31 project, which is the 1st ceremonial skyscraper in Egypt, stressing that receiving the final approvals from the Research Complex is among the important steps it is taking to maintain and adhere the project’s schedule.”

Excavation work began in September 2021 and it was completed in January 2022, while the replacement work began at the same time and was completed in March 2022.
