Nile Developments has signed a partnership with Integrated Façade Solution (IFS) previously known as Alico Egypt, the country’s leading glass façade specialist, to implement the latest Unitized System technology for its flagship skyscraper, 31 North, in the New Administrative Capital, Invest-Gate reports. The collaboration marks a significant step in integrating global standards in high-rise construction, making 31 North the largest festival tower in Egypt and Africa.
