Engineer Mohamed Taher, Chairman of Nile Developments, confirmed that the company places safety and structural security standards at the top of its priorities when designing and implementing tower projects in the New Capital, relying on the latest studies and international engineering standards, Invest-Gate reports.

Taher explained that the design and construction of the company’s towers, led by “Tycoon Tower,” came after preparing specialized engineering and structural studies that considered the nature of the projects, their heights, and structural characteristics, in addition to the technical requirements and standards for earthquake resistance.

He pointed out that these studies aim to deal with various potential risks that facilities may face, especially the effects resulting from earthquakes, which enhances structural safety and security levels.

Specialized Offices and Consultants

The Chairman of Nile Developments confirmed that the company worked with a number of specialized offices and consultants during the design and construction stages, in addition to benefiting from international expertise and approved standards in designing and constructing towers and high-rise buildings.

Precise Engineering Standards

He added that the nature and height of towers require the application of precise engineering standards from the early stages of design through construction, explaining that all studies related to the company’s projects considered the structural characteristics of each project, supporting the safety and long-term sustainability of the buildings.

Regarding the “Tycoon Tower” project, Taher explained that the company was keen to apply the latest global construction technologies for skyscrapers, while following engineering and technical standards that suit the nature and height of the project.

He revealed that the project’s construction progress reached one full floor every 7 days, while “Tycoon Tower” reached a height that the company described as the highest for a private-sector building in Egypt’s history.
