During 2023, the Nile Expo exhibitions organized by Expo Republic for Organizing Exhibitions and Conferences in Saudi Arabia’s Riyadh and Jeddah regions have generated sales exceeding EGP 5 bn for real estate development companies, Invest-Gate reports.

The exhibitions were held in three editions and aimed to present projects that meet the needs of customers, with appropriate prices and facilities.

Expo Republic conducted extensive market studies and carefully selected exhibition dates to ensure the compatibility of the showcased projects with customer requirements. This approach contributed to the achievement of the targeted sales for participating companies and attracted a new segment of customers.

Bassem Kalila, Chairman of Expo Republic, expressed satisfaction with the positive results achieved by the Nile Expo exhibitions in 2023. The exhibitions maintained the confidence of corporate customers and visitors from various Arab regions thanks to the high standard of displaying and promoting real estate products.

Expo Republic prioritizes the selection of reputable and credible companies to participate in the exhibitions, adhering to the specific laws of the organizing countries. The commitment to seriousness and credibility has been instrumental in distinguishing and elevating the Nile Expo exhibitions since their inception in 2017.

Kalila highlighted that the outstanding sales achieved in Saudi Arabia during 2023 reflect the interest of customers in Egyptian projects, particularly real estate in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) and the North Coast. These regions accounted for the largest percentage of sales, indicating the attractiveness of these areas to Saudi Arabian investors.
