Nile Property Expo 2017 real estate exhibition will kick off December 14, where a number of top Egypt-based developers will showcase their projects, Invest-Gate reports.

The three-day exhibition, which will conclude on December 16, is under the slogan “Misr Betaarablek” or “Egypt is Getting Closer”, showcasing Egyptian projects to both Egyptian expats and international homebuyers.

The developers include Sixth October Development and Investment Company (SODIC), Palm Hills Developments, Hyde Park Developments, Emaar Misr, Amer Group, Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate, Madinet Nasr for Housing and Development (MNHD), Tatweer Misr, Maxim Real Estate Investment, IWAN Developments, ARCO Developments, El Shahawi Group, Sabbour Consulting Company, Capital Group Properties, and Mangroovy, the only developer at El Gouna attending the expo.

Nile Property Expo aims to attract over 15,000 visitors. The exhibition, held by Expo Republic, is sponsored by EgyptAir and Egyptian Steel Group.

In a previous interview, Expo Republic’s Chairman Dr. Bassem Kalila told Invest-Gate that he plans for Nile Property Expo to be held annually across KSA, Kuwait, London, and USA, aside from its annual UAE plan.
