Under the patronage of Egypt’s Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, the 15th edition of the Nile Property Expo will launch tomorrow, Monday, May 26, at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center in Qatar. The event will run until May 29, Invest-Gate reports.

The opening ceremony will be attended by Qatari Minister of Commerce and Industry Sheikh Faisal bin Thani Al Thani, Public Works Authority (Ashghal) President Eng. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al-Meer, and Egypt’s Ambassador to Qatar, Amr El Sherbini.

As the largest Egyptian real estate exhibition to take place in Qatar after years of absence, the expo highlights investment opportunities in Egypt through exclusive offers, including zero down payments and installment plans extending up to 15 years.

Leading Egyptian developers will participate, including Tatweer Misr, Ora, SODIC, Hyde Park, City Edge, Saudi Egyptian Developers, Cornerstone Development, Cred Developments, Al Marasem Development, Al Burouj Misr, Inertia, Menassat Development, Horizon Egypt Developments, UC Developments, and Main Marks.

Dr. Bassem Kalila, Chairman of Expo Republic – the event organizer – emphasized the expo’s mission to support real estate export and showcase Egypt’s vast investment potential. “For eight years, Nile Property Expo has earned the trust of clients across the Arab world,” he said.

Kalila noted that participating companies are offering high-quality projects and highly competitive payment plans of 10, 12, and 15 years. He added that future expos will promote projects in Egypt’s New Capital, New Alamein, Mostakbal City, and the North Coast.

The 16th edition will be held in Riyadh this June, followed by editions in Los Angeles, Toronto, and another in Riyadh by year-end.
