Expo Republic for Organizing Exhibitions and Conferences is launching the largest Egyptian real estate exhibition tour, aimed at promoting Egyptian real estate abroad during 2025, Invest-Gate reports.
The company plans to host five editions of the Nile Property Expo, starting next May.
Dr. Basem Kalila, Chairman of Expo Republic, stated that the Nile Property Expo is part of a strategy to promote Egyptian real estate internationally and support the government’s plan to export real estate this year. He noted that the company is adopting a global marketing strategy to highlight significant opportunities and projects in the Egyptian market, as well as the regional and international importance of the New Administrative Capital (NAC) and New Alamein.
He emphasized that the Nile Property Expo will feature unprecedented international participation, with exhibitions scheduled for Canada and Qatar for the first time.
According to him, five editions of the Nile Property Expo will be held this year across four different countries. The first will take place in May in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, followed by an exhibition in Doha, Qatar. Two additional exhibitions will be held in September 2025 in Los Angeles, USA, and Toronto, Canada, concluding with another event in Riyadh later that year.
Dr. Kalila stressed that the Nile Property Expo plays a vital role in enhancing communication between real estate investors and clients interested in the latest investment opportunities in the Egyptian market. The expo aims to attract around 4.5 million Egyptian expatriates across four countries.
He also pointed out that the upcoming editions of the exhibition will promote several major projects in the NAC, the largest regional business hub in North Africa and the Middle East, as well as in New Alamein, which is expected to become a primary destination for investors both inside and outside Egypt. Additional projects in Mostakbal City in New Cairo and along the North Coast will also be included.
