Dubai-based real estate developer Nshama is set to deliver 2,000 homes next year at its Town Square development in Dubai, reported Gulf News on Tuesday.

The project might tip the rental scales in favor of tenants due to the supply potentially outweighing the demand then, especially due to the fact that the development so far has been a hot spot for end-user buyers.

So far Nshama has issued construction contracts worth around AED 3 bn for the project and related infrastructure works. There are currently 5,000 units under construction at the 31 mn square feet development.
