UAE private developer Nshama says its Town Square Dubai development has introduced a new co-living and co-working concept in Dubai, Trade Arabia reports.

Town Square Dubai has launched UNA, a new destination that offers its residents a wide range of creative, recreational and collaborative pursuits through a digitized all-purpose lobby lounge.

The 2,000 square meter lobby lounge will comprise workstations, a music room, games corner, communal smart TV, reading space, and creative zones.

UNA also features a limited collection of only studios and one-bedroom apartments that are suitable for the upwardly mobile singles and small families.
