NUCA Allocates 275 Land Plots in 31 New Cities

The Board of Directors of the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) approves the allocation of 275 plots of land in 31 new cities, to establish projects with various activities, Invest-Gate reports.

The allocated land will be used to build urban communities, hospitals, high institutes, schools, nurseries, clubs, bakeries, medical, commercial, administrative, residential, industrial, logistical, hotel, and recreational activities.

According to the Minister of Housing, Assem Al-Gazzar, 14 of the allocated plots are located in New Cairo, while 22, 10, and 43 plots are allocated in the 10th of Ramadan, the 6th of October, and Sadat cities, respectively.

Al-Gazzar notes that 13 plots of land are allocated in Badr City, while 12 plots are allocated in Al-Shorouk, and 3, 18, and 5 plots are allocated in Obour, New Damietta, and New Nubariya cities, respectively.
