NUCA Allocates Plots for 6 Mixed-Use Projects in Sadat City

The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) has allocated six land plots in Sadat City, Monufia Governorate, for various activities (residential, commercial, administrative, industrial, etc.), Invest-Gate reports.

NUCA’s board has allotted a 20-acre plot for Gulf Company for Investment and Development to establish a fully-fledged urban development, in addition to allocating a 2,500-square-meter land area for El Nour For Real Estate Investments to implement a commercial project, according to a ministerial statement on August 25.

Besides, 412.5 square meters were put forth for the development of an industrial project, while 632 square meters were provided for the establishment of a new commercial and administrative hub, the statement underlined.

Deputy Chairman of NUCA for Real Estate and Commercial Affairs Tarek El Sebai also revealed that more land plots were offered by the authority in Sadat City for setting up some integrated service and maintenance centers (sales, service, and spare parts), warehouse complexes, public gardens, and multi-story parking.

Back in March, NUCA approved the allocation of a 50-acre plot in Sadat City to Egypt’s tourism investment company Cairo Grand Park for the establishment of a new tourism project, according to a previous statement. It noted that the latter firm will pay upfront of 25% of the land value within a month from the provision date, while the remaining amount will be paid over four years as of the advance payment date.
