During a meeting chaired by Assem El-Gazzar, the Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, the Board of Directors of the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) agreed to allocate 83 plots of land in 20 new cities for various projects, Invest-Gate reports.
The allocation of these plots aims to support the development and establishment of projects with diverse activities.
El-Gazzar said that in New Cairo City, 27 plots of land were allocated, while 12 plots of land were allocated in the 10th of Ramadan City. Additionally, seven plots of land were allocated in the 6th of October City, and another seven plots were allocated in Badr City.
Additionally, he mentioned that Shorouk City received three plots of land, Obour City was allocated five plots, and three plots were allocated on the 15th of May City. New Damietta City received one plot of land, while October Gardens City was allocated four plots. New October City received one plot, and two plots were allocated in New Mansoura City.
Furthermore, New Obour City was assigned five plots of land, while the new cities of Suez, Beni Suef, Fayoum, Sohag, Minya, Assiut, Qena, and Nasser (west of Assiut) each received one plot of land.
The allocation of these plots of land signifies the government’s commitment to promoting urban development and providing opportunities for various projects across multiple cities.
