The board of executives of the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), Chaired by Assem El-Gazzar, the Minister of Housing, approves allocating 86 plots of land in 22 new cities for various projects, Invest-Gate reports.
The projects are set to be implemented by the private sector and accelerate growth in new cities, El-Gazzar adds.
He reveals that the new projects include urban developments, institutes, and bakeries, the minister highlights.
The allocated land also accommodates medical, commercial, administrative, residential, industrial, logistics, hospitality, and entertainment projects, the minister unveils.
El-Gazzar states that the new projects create thousands of jobs and offer services to residents of new cities.
