The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) approves the allocation of 31 land plots in 16 new cities, Invest-Gate reports.

The land plots will be directed to various activities including integrated urban, higher educational institute, school, commercial mall, industrial, medical, residential administrative commercial, educational, hotel apartments, and social services.

Additionally, They are located in New Cairo, Badr City, Sadat, Shorouk City, New Qena, 6th of October, New Damietta, New Salhia, New October, New Obour, New Port Said, New Mansoura, New Minya, New Assiut, New Borg Al Arab, and New Sohag.

Furthermore, El Gazzar remarks the allocation of 11 outlets, and three supply offices in the October Gardens City has been approved.
