The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) is offering 89 properties of different sizes and activities in a public auction sale, notably across Shorouk City, New Minya, Sadat City, New Fayoum, and Obour City, Invest-Gate reports.
Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Assem El Gazzar revealed that eight pharmacies, in addition to 68 and 13 commercial and administrative units, are currently being offered to the public, he said in an official statement on October 29.
Meanwhile, NUCA earlier announced selling 20 commercial and medical units in 6th of October City, west Cairo, with areas varying between 13.27 and 43.2 square meters, according to a ministerial statement on October 20.
Sherif El Sherbini, head of 6th of October City Development Authority, confirmed that all units have been sold at a total cost of EGP 11.94 mn. He pointed out that the highest price per square meter for one of the shops reached EGP 54,000, whilst a 43-square-meter medical unit was sold for EGP 60,000 per square meter, the statement added.
Additionally, New Obour saw the auctioning of 18 commercial spots and two pharmacies, at a total sale value of approximately EGP 27 mn, according to a previous statement on October 10.
