The payment period for the winners of the first phase of the Dar Misr middle-income housing project has been extended to October 2016, Tareq Alsebai, the Supervisor of the Commercial and Real Estate Affairs sector at the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) said, Invest Gate reported.
Winners of the draw for the units of the first phase of the project are due to pay EGP 7,500 for units of an area ranging between 100 and 115 square meters, and EGP 10,000 for unites between 130 and 140 square meters.
The winners were announced in a public draw in 2015, in 6th of October City, New Cairo, Shorouk City, Obour City, 10th of Ramadan, Badr City, New Damietta, and Sadat City.
The board of NUCA previous approved the establishment of a number of sporting club stadiums in Sheikh Zayed and 6th of October, as well as the allocation of a 3,282 square meter piece of land for a children’s cancer hospital. Additionally, a 1,000 square meter piece of land was allocated for an office for the Ministry of Interior.
