New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) launches its first public bidding to sell 250 residential land plots in Nasser City in West Assiut, Invest-Gate reports.

“The offered lands range from 500 and 700 square meters for villas and residential buildings and are only to be sold to Egyptians above the legal age of 21,” Minister of Housing and Urban Utilities Mostafa Madbouly announces.

Interested buyers should head to Assiut’s branch of Housing and Development Bank starting April 2 to pick up their TORs for the offered land plots and pay the booking fees of EGP 50,000.
