Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Assem El Gazzar has announced offering reservation booklets for 538 luxury residential units in the New Administrative Capital’s (NAC) R3 district as of July 1, Invest-Gate reports.

Applicants shall submit the reservation form, along with the downpayment, during the period from July 1 to 18, El Gazzar revealed in an official statement on June 31. He added that the units, provided by the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), range between 130 and 173 square meters, while the offering will be subject to online priority booking.

Additionally, candidates will be able to reserve 504 residential units at Shorouk City’s Sakan Misr middle-income project, with sizes ranging from 106 to 133 square meters, via Housing and Development Bank’s official website, the minister stated.
