The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) has signed a cooperation agreement with Estadat for the Management of Sports Facilities to operate clubs, pools, and recreational amenities in residential areas across a group of new cities, Invest-Gate reports.
Authority Deputy Chairman for Real Estate and Commercial Affairs Amin Ghoneim inked the deal alongside Estadat Chairman Seif Allah El-Waziri.
Ghoneim said the pact aims to ensure top-tier entertainment services for complex residents and preserve investments in the facilities, upholding an aesthetic urban character and quality life.
Per the terms, Estadat will manage and operate recreational spaces – including pools, social clubs and playgrounds – within the Ganna Luxury Housing Project spanning cities including the 6th of October, El-Shorouk and Sheikh Zayed.
The authority’s board must approve facilities within any wholly-owned residential projects handed to Estadat for operational control. There is also potential for cooperative club membership marketing.
