Assem El Gazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, discloses that the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) prepares for the largest offering of various housing units to suit different society segments, Invest- Gate reports.

El Gazzar clarifies that the to-be-offered units will be ready for delivery, and most of them will be included in the presidential mortgage initiative, at an interest rate of 3%, and a payment plan of up to 30 years.

According to the ministerial statement, these units are in the Sakan Misr project, in 12 new cities; New October, October Gardens, Obour, New Cairo, New Alamein, New Mansoura, New Minya, Badr, West Qena, New Damietta, Shorouk, and Nasser cities.

Additionally, the units will be in the Dar Misr project, in eight new cities; 15th of May, Sadat, 10th of Ramadan, October Gardens, Shorouk, New Cairo, Badr, and New Borg Al Arab cities.

Besides, other units will be in the JANNA project in eight new cities; the 6th of October, Shorouk, Sheikh Zayed, New Cairo, New Mansoura, New Minya, New Damietta, and New Malawi. Adding to that, there are some units to be offered in the Distinguished Housing project in New Rashid, New Alamein, and New Damietta cities.

Moreover, there are other units to be offered in the coastal housing project in New Mansoura City, and units in the Imbaba Airport land project, in addition to units in the partnership projects between NUCA and the private sector.
