The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) is offering 1,982 plots in 13 new cities for different income classes, through a land lottery system, starting April 7, Invest-Gate reports.

The land plots include 1,091 distinguished housing plots and 891 more distinguished plots, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Assem El Gazzar said in a statement on April 2, underlining that lands will be available on a first come, first served basis.

El Gazzar explained that interested buyers can book their plots via the Housing and Development Bank’s website: www.hdb-reservation, which will also provide the land prices and spaces.

For his part, Deputy Chairman of NUCA for Real Estate and Commercial Affairs Tarek El Sebai referred to the cities where the new plots will be offered, which include New Damietta, New Fayoum, New Aswan, Badr City, 6th of October City, 10th of Ramadan, New Beni Suef, New Sohag, New Qena, New Borg El Arab, Shorouk City, in addition to Obour and 15th of May cities.
