The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) has opened applications of reserving reclaimed land plots in what is referred to as “The Green Belt” in 6th of October City, according to Tarek El Sebaey, Supervisor of the Commercial and Real Estate Sector at NUCA, Al Borsa reported on Friday.

Interested buyers should submit documents to 6^th of October City development authority; whereas NUCA will review all requests and decide on approvals depending on the nature of the cases of the applicants.
