Egypt’s New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) has not allocated any lands in October Gardens called Oasis Park, Invest-Gate reports.

Tarek El Sebai, Deputy Chairman of New Urban Communities Authority  (NUCA) for real estate and commercial affairs, has warned in an official statement people from dealing with anyone in this area, confirming that there is no a single legal document that proves any ownership in this land.

He has also said that the only lawful way to apply for lands in such area is through NUCA, represented in October Gardens Development Authority.

El Sebai has said that NUCA is the only authority that has jurisdiction over all lands in October Gardens and has the right to take all legal actions in this issue to preserve people’s rights.
