NUCA’s VP Mamdouh Inspects Projects in New Mansoura & New Damietta

Abdul Muttalib Mamdouh, Vice President of the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), has inspected the ongoing projects in the new cities of Damietta and Mansoura, accompanied by Kamal Bhagat, assistant Vice President of the authority, authority officials, and Mohamed Ragab, head of the New Damietta City Development Authority, Invest-Gate reports.

Mamdouh and his accompanying delegation begin the tour with a meeting with officials from the developing companies in New Mansoura City, where he emphasized the speed of completing the work efficiently and with high standards as per the specified timetable.

Following his meeting, Mamdouh then took an inspection tour to visit the residential area of 2,103 units in New Mansoura City, where 1,149 villas have been completed, according to an official statement on October 20.

On his part, Head of the New Damietta City Development Authority Mohamed Ragab confirms that the seawater desalination plant project is being implemented on an area of ​​24 acres, with investments worth EGP1.4 bn, with a production capacity of 40,000 m3 / day, as a first stage. Furthermore, Mamdouh and his accompanying delegation inaugurate the eastern regional taxi stop in New Damietta City, which extends over an area of ​​2.65 acres.
