O West, one of Orascom Development cities in west Cairo, announces the launch of Hillside Bliss Villas, as part of the HillSide phase, Invest-Gate reports.

In HillSide, around 444 units have been built, and the construction of 864 apartments has begun.

Tarek Kamel, CEO of O West, says that the city spreads over 1,000 acres. The city achieves nearly 50% of the total sales of Orascom Development, reaching Its net sales in Q1 2022 amounted to EGP 1 bn. Additionally, the project achieves EGP 12.6 bn in sales since its launch.

Kamel adds that the company is keen on creating integrated and sustainable cities that feature all facilities like educational centers, a prime hospital, a commercial and hotel area, and a gym.

HillSide features several unique phases, including 400 villas, twin houses, townhouses, and apartments. Further, the apartments overlook artificial lakes and extended green spaces.

Moreover, Hillside Bliss Villas phase features fully-finished units, including stand-alone villas starting from 320 sqm and twin houses starting from 250 sqm. The payment systems extend to eight years in equal installments and it is scheduled to deliver units within four years.

Also, Hillside Bliss Villas phase directly overlooks the hill, extended green spaces, landscapes, and artificial lakes with easy access. This phase has many features such as an area for practicing various activities like yoga and relaxation, besides unique urban planning with international standards.
