Orascom Development’s O West city announces launching Spring Valley project which is the first subproject in The Valley phase, Invest-Gate reports.

Spring Valley is located at 171,076 sqm, equivalent to 41 feddans, and comprises diverse housing units, including separate villas and townhouses, with areas ranging from 175 sqm and 517 sqm.

CEO of O West, Tarek Kamal, says that the city offers all services and vital utilities including a sport and a social club, along with medical and education complexes.

Constructions at Spring Valley are set to begin in 2024 and the delivery of units is planned to start in 2027.

The project features down payments starting from 5%, with installment plans of up to 8 years.

It is worth noting that O West is located in West Cairo. The project achieved property sales worth EGP 3.5 bn during the first nine months of 2022, up 50.1% from the year-ago period.
