Oasis Partners with Code Development to Create Roman Theatre, Hotel, and Restaurants in Marina, the North Coast

Oasis Projects and Tourist Villages Management Company announced an alliance with Code Development, which will be responsible for developing, upgrading, and operating the Roman Theatre, along with the hotel and restaurants attached to it, Invest-Gate reports.

This development will occur under a partnership agreement between the alliance and the New Urban Communities Authority.

Mahmoud Ragab, Chairman of Oasis Projects and Tourist Villages Management Company, confirmed that the collaboration with Code Real Estate Development Company integrates the expertise of both firms, ensuring the implementation of innovative and unconventional development projects that meet the highest international standards for this distinctive tourist and cultural landmark.

He added that his company manages more than 850 hotel units, malls, and hotels in the New Alamein area under the Oasis Resort and Blue Valley brands. This successful management achieves the highest standards of satisfaction among customers and visitors, and the company looks forward to applying this strong prior experience in collaboration with Code Development to provide an integrated experience for customers in the new project.

Ragab noted that there are sponsors for the development efforts, specifically New Alamein City and Marina North Coast, which will support various events during the project’s operational period. This support will promote further growth and attract visitors to the New Alamein and Marina North Coast areas, aligning with the state’s plan to develop and operate this region year-round.

Said Eissa, founder of Code Development, emphasized that the alliance with Oasis Projects and Tourist Villages Management Company enhances the project development plan with the highest standards of efficiency, particularly given the promising expertise and ambitious integrated plans of both companies. He pointed out that the development efforts through this strong alliance will enrich the tourism landscape on the North Coast and strengthen Marina’s position as a high-end destination that combines luxury, history, and entertainment.

Eissa also noted that the Roman Theatre is located in the Marina area on the North Coast and is one of the region’s most prominent tourist attractions, distinguished by its unique architectural design that merges antiquity and history. The development work is expected to be completed, with the project officially commencing operations by the summer of 2025.
