Officials from the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), represented by the Sheikh Zayed City Authority, along with executives from TOREC Developments, one of NUCA’s affiliated companies, conducted an inspection visit to the Place Gate compound on the Cairo–Alexandria Desert Road last week. The project is owned by NUCA, while TOREC Developments is responsible for its development and marketing, Invest-Gate reports.
The visit included an on-site review of construction progress and finishing works, as well as discussions with contractors to accelerate execution rates. This comes as part of TOREC’s continuous follow-up approach aimed at ensuring quality control and full compliance with approved specifications, in line with the company’s standards for project delivery.
TOREC Developments has undertaken the redevelopment and rehabilitation of residential buildings at Place Gate, in addition to implementing landscaping works and final finishes. The company also incorporated several observations submitted by buyers, reflecting its commitment to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. The inspection tour was attended by representatives of the Engineering Consultancy and Design Unit of NUCA, which acts as the project’s general consultant.
In a related development, TOREC Developments recently signed an agreement with AFM company, a subsidiary of Dorra Group, to manage and operate the Place Gate compound. The agreement reflects the company’s focus on providing professional property management and after-sales services, ensuring the long-term sustainability of the project, preserving its quality, and enhancing its investment value for owners and investors.
