Officials Inspect Progress of Sakan Kol El Masryeen Initiative in Hadayek El Assema

Amr Mandour, President of the Hadayek El Assema Development Authority, along with CEO of Mortgage Finance Fund (MFF) Mai Abdel Hamid, and Kamal Bahgat, Assistant Vice President of the New Urban Communities Authority for Urban Development, have inspected the progress of the Sakan Kol El Masryeen (“Housing for All Egyptians”) presidential initiative units in the city, accompanied by Mahmoud Abdullah, Vice President of the Authority, and project officials, Invest-Gate reports.

Moreover, the visit began with a tour of the technological center to assess citizens’ responses to warnings issued by the Social Housing and Real Estate Financing Fund regarding the completion of procedures for receiving contracted social housing units.

It was observed that some units still needed to be received due to withdrawal.

Moreover, Abdel Hamid witnessed a significant turnout of housing unit beneficiaries completing procedures and paying utility fees, contributing to increased occupancy rates and city development.

Furthermore, Ammar Mandour, head of the Badr City Development Authority, noted the ongoing services in the city, including visits to the medical center, post office, nursery, and bakery, as well as ongoing projects under the Sakan Kol El Masryeen presidential initiative.

Under the initiative, the number of units that are being provided for low-income individuals in Hadayek El Assema reached 92,322 (29,496 completed – 62,826 under construction).

Notably, over 20,412 units have been allocated to beneficiaries, with more than 14,277 delivered.

Additionally, 7,368 units are being implemented for middle-income individuals and 79 service projects in low-income housing areas, including schools, nurseries, markets, bakeries, health units, playgrounds, and others.
