The company’s initial portfolio includes four strategic land plots. In Sheikh Zayed, a 10-feddan site along the 26th of July Corridor will become a fully integrated administrative and commercial hub, combining business, retail, hospitality, and medical services. In New Cairo’s Sixth Settlement, a 50-feddan residential compound inspired by Biophilic Design will connect residents with nature through smart planning, green spaces, and a focus on well-being. Additionally, land plots in New Zayed and New Sphinx reflect the company’s expansion strategy in West Cairo.
