Ontario Developments Unveils MMC Project: First Medical Complex in Al Andalus, Fifth Settlement

Ontario Developments has announced the launch of its latest project, “MMC,” which will be the first specialized medical complex in the heart of Al Andalus district in the Fifth Settlement of New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

The company is offering this project with competitive and flexible payment systems, presenting an integrated model for medical facilities that meets the latest international standards.

Eng. Mahmoud Hamed, CEO of Ontario Developments, stated that the project is strategically located in Al Andalus, an area with a high population density, making it easily accessible to main axes and distinguished residential areas. This location aligns with the increasing demand for specialized medical services in this vital area.

He added that the company is providing flexible and attractive payment options for the project. Additionally, the launch coincides with a new phase of growth for the company, which currently owns a variety of residential projects in the Fifth Settlement and has completed over 50 separate projects in the Central Plateau district of Maadi.

Hamed pointed out that the company is preparing for a new growth phase, which will involve launching several projects in the coming period. To support this effort, Ontario Developments is focused on attracting talent in the sales sector, appointing Mohamed Taha as Head of Sales and Mohamed Fadl as Sales Director. Both bring over 15 years of extensive experience in the real estate development sector.

For his part, Mohamed Taha, Head of Sales at Ontario Developments, mentioned that starting work at the company alongside the launch of “MMC,” its pioneering project, enhances his strong experience. The company is offering this project with competitive payment options, including discounts of up to 30% and payment periods of up to 8 years.

Taha noted that the company aims for sales of up to EGP 1.5 bn during this period, which reflects its diverse portfolio of projects.

Mohamed Fadl, Sales Director at Ontario Developments, explained that employing qualified personnel enables the company to achieve its ambitious plans. He emphasized that building a skilled team with the necessary experience and efficiency is a top priority to ensure that projects are executed according to the highest standards.
