Ora Developers hosts a media roundtable on September 15 at ZED Park, to discuss its latest announcements and innovations in the Egyptian real estate market, Invest- Gate reports.
The roundtable comes as a part of the company’s commitment to providing luxurious and practical neighborhoods to customers. It has been held in the presence of Haitham Abdel Azim, CEO of Ora Developers, Marwan Ziwar, chief sales officer, Samer Barsoum, chief development officer, and Amr Abdel Moneim, chief technical officer.
Ora Developers is going to participate in this year’s edition of Cityscape, held at the Egypt International Exhibition Center, to showcase the latest developments in New Cairo and Sheikh Zayed. Besides, the company plans to launch clinics at the ZED Strip in Sheikh Zayed, in addition to the proclamation of launching two new commercial projects.
Recently, Ora Developers has announced to launch its latest mixed-use development project, Silversands. It is located on the North Coast, covering a land area of approximately 550 acres. Silversands aims to serve as the go-to beach destination for all vacationers all year long.
Another key announcement is that Ora Developers plans to launch the ZED East strip, starting with office spaces. It will be a commercial strip, situated in the New Administrative Capital (NAC).
Additionally, Ora Developers has recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Georgio Armani’s executive agent in Egypt, to craft and launch the first Armani Residence in ZED El Sheikh Zayed. This showcases Ora Developer’s eagerness towards constantly creating beautiful environments that balance exceptional thinking with sleek and timeless design elements.
In this regard, Abdel Azim expresses his pride in these milestones and announcements, affirming “We have a proven record of creating beautiful environments that would attract all kinds of customers with varying lifestyles. Ora Developers wants to provide safe, practical, and relaxing communities.”
For his part, Naguib Sawiris, global CEO and chairman of Ora Developers also has recently conducted a site visit in person, to follow up on the ZED El Sheikh Zayed tower construction process. He was personally involved in some production elements such as the process of selecting the glass used for the towers, as well as inspecting a few units.
