Egypt-based construction company Orascom Construction Limited announces that its board has nominated Mustafa Abdel-Wadood for the position of non-Executive Director, Invest-Gate reports.

Effective as of June 1, 2017, Abdel-Wadood’s appointment is subject to the approval of shareholders at the upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) on May 23.

Abdel-Wadood is Managing Partner and Global Head of Private Equity at Abraaj Group, Orascom says in a statement.
