Orascom Development Holding (ODH) decided on March 5 to expand its executive management team as of April 1, Invest-Gate reports.

According to a statement released by the company, ODH appointed Ashraf Nessim as Chief Financial Officer and an executive management member after having already served interimly in this post since May 2016.

The company also appointed Group Chief Human Resources and Organization Development Officer Nermine Faltas, along with Group General Counsel Tarek Gadallah as members of the executive management team.

Prior to joining ODH in June 2016, Faltas served as the VP for Operations and Human Capital in A15, previously Orascom Telecom Ventures. Meanwhile, Gadallah was a partner at Egyptian law firm Ibrachy & Partners, focusing mainly on mergers and acquisitions, before joining ODH in November 2016.
