Orbit Developments has launched the Marina Hills project in the Red Sea resort city of Ain Sokhna, planning to achieve EGP 3 bn worth of sales, Invest-Gate reports.
Ain Sokhna is becoming a promising investment area given its proximity to the New Administrative Capital, with demand growing for residential rather than summer use, Chairman of Orbit Developments Ahmed Shawky said.
The company contracted with the engineering consultancy, Domesttu Design Studio, and the property manager, Orbit Property Management.
Shawky highlighted the importance of appointing experienced operational partners to preserve the development’s quality, value, and luxury standards over the long run.
