Egypt’s real estate developer Orouba Misr Development celebrated the launch of the second phase of Orouba Skyline in Smouha, Alexandria.

With investments worth EGP 7 bn, the 50,000 square meters project will be constructed over four phases and is slated for delivery in 2022, according to a statement released on November 16.

Hazem El Deeb, CEO of Orouba Misr Development, said, “Orouba Skyline comes as part of the company’s keenness to develop the real estate sector to be able to keep up with the development of life, by offering an integrated residential complex with the needs of the modern era…The project is located in one of the distinct areas, where the country is paying great attention to develop, and is based on Egypt’s 2030 development plan it should be ready to become an extension to Alexandria.”

During the ceremony, the company announced an unprecedented offer under the theme of “I Choose Neighborhood”, which will provide customers with payment facilities including discounts when nominating other neighbors.

The project includes 1,145 apartments and 100 villas with a private pool, with unit sizes ranging from 90 to 400 square meters,  according to Karim El Masry, sales director at Orouba Misr Development.

The compound contains a range of service buildings that provide all residents with all their daily needs and aspirations, El-Masry noted. It is planned to be an integrated residential complex including a variety of services (residential, commercial, administrative, health, entertainment) at the heart of Alexandria, he added.

The compound also contains administrative and medical towers, a daily service center, a mall with private entrances, in addition to a family entertainment area, a waste disposal system, swimming pools, integrated clubs on the buildings’ roofs, two-floor underground parking areas, and an international hotel, the statement highlighted.

El Deeb announced the signing of an agreement with “Dorsch Gruppe” – a German-based engineering, planning, and consulting company that designed a number of iconic buildings and facilities globally, such as Berlin’s House of Representatives, Frankfurt International Airport, in addition to other cultural landmarks. The international company will be focusing on the project’s details that help in designing unique and creative ideas while exploiting all spaces in an innovative way.

He also announced, “The selection of Orouba Skyline’s name came to fulfill our vision in drawing a new image of Alexandria, similar to New York. We aim to create a compound with wonderful aesthetic views that helps attract more tourism, as we are looking forward to changing the perception of the residential and real estate sectors.”

The project is a few minutes away from Alexandria’s vital areas, yet it offers a quiet and private life,  “The percentage of the constructed lands will not exceed 50%, offering more than 25,000 square meters of green areas. All residential units overlook the 5-mn-square-meter Nozha Lake, ensuring complete privacy and a healthy lifestyle for all Skyline owners.”

El Masry explained that Orouba Skyline also features innovative unprecedented designs in Egypt, starting from the fancy separate entrances that meet all customers’ needs to modern internal and external finishings.
