Chairman of Oriental Urban Developers (OUD) Mohamed Mohamed Farid Khamees asserted his commitment towards the company’s employees despite any economic challenges resulting from COVID-19 outbreak, Invest-Gate reports.

In a WhatsApp message sent to all OUD employees, Khamees affirmed the company will not lower salaries nor fire anyone, referring to the precautionary measures taken in advance since the beginning of outbreak of the pandemic.

Khamees further added that the company applied a work-from-home policy, as well as sterilization to all its sites and raised the awareness of its work family. 

“Salaries will be ready on time without any delays, especially during such a crisis, at all costs. Profit is the least of our current priorities,” Khamees confirmed.
