Orientals for Urban Development (OUD) has launched phase II of its New Cairo flagship project, Azadir, offering diverse unit types at competitive prices, Invest-Gate reports.
Dubbed “Presidential Suites,” the latest phase was kicked off in a celebration attended by the company’s representatives and success partners, where Managing Owner of OUD Mohamed Mohamed Farid Khamis noted that Azadir is located in a strategic spot in east Cairo and offered at competitive prices, which balances between luxury and innovation, according to the company’s recent press release.
The project is a few minutes’ drive from the Ring Road, south 90 Street, and the American University in Cairo’s (AUC) New Cairo campus, the company announced in a previous statement.
Featuring unique designs that merge vintage style with modern and contemporary designs, the new phase’s units vary in areas from 55 to 130 square meters, the statement added.
“Innovative design studies have been developed in cooperation with the project’s consultant, Azure. These designs make good use of every inch in the unit, even the 55-square-meter home will feel spacious,” Khamis was quoted as saying.
Earlier in 2018, OUD released Azadir, which spans across nearly 70,000 square meters and offers 81% greeneries, as part of its endeavors to promote a green and healthy living environment. The compound includes various commercial, retail, and dining spaces, in addition to swimming pools, kids areas, a clubhouse, among other services.
Since its establishment in 1994, OUD managed to deliver more than 4,000 residences, catering to different social classes and income levels.
