Orientals For Urban Development (OUD) wins four prizes in 2020 for the distinction of its real estate projects, and its added value to the Egyptian market, Invest-Gate reports.

OUD wins the Housing Award for “Azadir” project in New Cairo. It provides models to fit the demand of the largest segment of customers with affordable prices and a unique architectural design, according to a recent company press release.
“Azadir” spans over an area of ​​70,000 sqm, with a building ratio of 18.5% of the total area. It includes more than 1,000 trees, the statement continues.
The Real Estate Development Prize goes to OUD as well for its projects that fit with the state plans’ such as the J’noub project in the R7 residential district in NAC. It provides distinguished facilities like inter-building spaces used as gardens each of them spans over 2500m, parking areas for each unit, and availability of solar energy for 50% of the project.

J’noub is in a premium location next to the presidential district, cabinet, and parliament buildings in the New Administrative Capital; it includes 1940 housing units, villas, and twin houses.

OUD also wins the Excellence in Administrative and Commercial Buildings Award for its Side Walk Mall project in New Cairo. Not to mention, the award for providing an enjoyable atmosphere for life and comfort. The company motto is “Live life with OUD”.
