Deputy Chairman of New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) for Real Estate and Commercial Affairs Tarek El Sebai has revealed that 536 distinguished units have been reserved in New Alamein’s social housing project, Invest-Gate reports.

New Alamein City Authority witnessed an unprecedented demand on these units upon their online listing; they were fully booked in 26 minutes only, El Sebai said in a ministerial statement on February 26.

The fully-finished units comprise three bedrooms and a lounge, with areas ranging between 95 and 100 square meters, the official noted, confirming that all apartments shall be delivered within six months.

El Sebai explained that terms of the offering, reservation methods, as well as, units’ prices, location, models, spaces, and payment methods were made available on NUCA’s website.
