Over 70 real estate developers, a figure likely to rise later, will showcase their projects and offer flexible payment structure at the 7th edition of Cityscape Egypt, taking place at the Egypt International Exhibition Centre (EIEC) in Mehwar Almosheer Tantawy in New Cairo from the 28th until the 31st of March, Invest-Gate reports.
The 20,000-square-meter exhibition will comprise of showcases by Porto Vacation Club, Aristo Developers, Ardic for Real Estate Development, Edge Architects, Madaar Development, Misr Italia Properties, Mousa Coast Development, Tatweer Misr, SODIC, and many more. PROJECTS, Cityscape Egypt 2018 platinum sponsor, will be exhibiting its Blues Tiffany development, in Ras El-Hekma on Egypt’s North Coast, offering a 10% discount.
Chris Speller, exhibition director at Cityscape Egypt said in a statement that he expects the exhibition to attract a large number of competing developers and visitors, as the real estate market and the Egyptian economy is positive this year, citing improvements in the country’s key indicators.
“[This year] we expect to see developers being more competitive as they respond with a wave of new and flexible, attractive plans following renewed interest in the market from both investors and homebuyers and a positive economic outlook,” he said.
Visitors will have the opportunity to freely attend Cityscape Egypt Talks, new educational sessions featuring a range of experts who will provide necessary information on investing in properties, regional market trends, financing and banking solutions.
This year, Cityscape Egypt Conference will take place at the Four Seasons Nile Plaza on March 12 and March 13, comprising notable speakers and topics based on market research and the guidance of the Advisory Board.
Also, the Cityscape Awards for Real Estate in Egypt, which celebrates excellence in property development and architecture, will take place at the venue on March 13.
Cityscape started in 2002 in Dubai and has grown to be the largest real estate event brand globally.
Last year, Cityscape Egypt attracted a record-breaking number of visitors in what was the largest event in the show’s history.
