Owagik Development signs a cooperation protocol with Allianz Egypt for providing insurance coverage for all units of the Owagik Tower project in the NAC, Invest-Gate reports.
Emad Mohamed Qasem, vice chairman of the board of directors, explains that the protocol comes within the framework of providing an insurance policy by Allianz to the customer, through which the remaining value is paid on his behalf in case of death or total disability of the client and the installments payment without any fees.
Qasem indicates that this contract is a guarantee of client safety and works to increase the volume of investment in the Owagik project, explaining that the insurance policy is activated as soon as the client contracts, and the company pays the insurance policy premiums without any additional fees paid by the client.
Alike, Qasem adds that the Owagik Tower project is located in the heart of Downtown, with a total area of 8,035 meters, which includes 596 units, and consists of 4 basements and ground and 14 floors. The grounds have been allocated for commercial activity, starting from the 2nd floor, the project is divided into three different towers. The 1st is a specialized administrative activity that includes 270 offices. The 2nd tower is a specialized medical building that includes 104 clinics and a medical center for the first time in the NAC while the 3rd is a hotel-residential tower, fully finished with 140 housing units.
The company has regarded the different spaces to achieve the maximum benefit for the customers from the unit. Besides the Plaza with an area of 5300 meters, pointing out that the company targets contractual sales estimated at EGP 2 bn and 200 mn, and it is scheduled to pump to EGP 250 mn as investments during the current year. Further, the contracting with an engineering consultant for the project, Walid Morsi, to implement the engineering and construction designs, in addition to the Consulting Health Care Group, and KAD Company.
