Owagik Development announces the launch of the 3rd phase for sale of the Owagik Tower project in the NAC, with a target sale of EGP 400 mn, Invest-Gate reports.
Emad Mohamed Qasem, vice chairman of the board of directors, explains that the company succeeds in selling the 1st and 2nd phases of the Owagik Tower project before the scheduled date due to the high demand from customers for the project as soon as it was put up for sale.
Qasem says, “work has started on the project site and the completion of digging 16 sqm in rocky soil with an area of 8,035 sqm so that the company will precede the project schedule and delivery before the scheduled date.”
It’s worth noting that the total area of the Owagik Tower project is 8,035 meters, which includes 596 units, and consists of 4 basements and ground and 14 floors and a plaza with an area of 5,300 sqm. The project is divided into three different towers. The grounds have been allocated for commercial activity, the 2nd tower is a specialized medical tower and the 3rd is a residential tower.
Also, he reveals that a marketing and investment plan has been drawn up in line with the company strategy and expansion plan in the market, as it aims to expand with a number of new projects.
