PACT Real Estate Group, a prominent Egyptian developer, to promote its North Coast project, White Bay, Invest-Gate reports.

Head of Marketing and Business Development Ahmed Hesham announces, “The total number of units within the project is around 650 units.” The first phase is expected to be finalized and delivered in 2018, according to the company’s planned timeframe.

White Bay is a project located in Sidi Heneish in North Coast and spreads on 80 acres of land and will be implemented through four phases. The project is expected to contain villas, chalets, and townhouses, 12 swimming pools, and lagoons.
