Egypt’s real estate developer Palm Hills Developments (PHD) will launch the second phase of its Palm Hills Alexandria project on November 1, offering a wide variety of unit sizes, Invest-Gate reports.
Being home to the historic Greco-Roman civilization and greatest architectural masterpieces, Palm Hills Alexandria is “the first luxurious A-class residential community near El Nouzha Airport,” as described by PHD in its latest press release.
Palm Hills Alexandria is being built over an 18% of its total area to attain the lowest density of housing, while 82% of its land is assigned for housing facilities, amenities, greenery, water features, and a clubhouse.
The compound also features an international school, external commercial, and retail complex. With payment terms over five and six years, Palm Hills Alexandria offers two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments, townhouses, twin houses, and villas.
In June, Egypt’s Palm Hills Developments posted EGP 2.2 bn sales (residential and commercial) in Q1 2019, with 374 units sold in total, marking a 5% surge YoY that arisen notably from continued uptake of launched properties in Palm Hills Alexandria.
