Palm Hills Developments (PHD) has signed a landmark agreement with Marriott International to introduce The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Cairo, Palm Hills, a prestigious development in West Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.
The project will feature 150 branded residences offering unparalleled luxury, breathtaking views of the Pyramids of Giza, and access to world-class amenities.
OBMI International, in collaboration with renowned local and international consultants, designed the residences, which blend nature with urban sophistication. Set to launch in 2025, the development embodies The Ritz-Carlton’s commitment to legendary service and meticulous attention to detail.
The residences will be part of Palmet, a comprehensive 45-feddans development with a green spine at its core, promoting sustainable living and mobility.
Also, residents will have direct access to The Ritz-Carlton Palm Hills hotel, which is set to become a landmark in 6th of October City. The hotel will feature luxurious amenities, including two speciality restaurants, a fitness centre, multiple swimming pools, a spa, and dedicated children’s areas.
