Palm Hills Developments (PHD) unveils updates on its development plans on its Oasis project in 6th of October City
To be implemented through a partnership agreement with the Ministry of Housing, represented by the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), the 3,000-acre Oasis Waha project “is being built with a total investments of EGP 150 bn,” the company’s Chairman Yasseen Mansour announced on Al Arabiya News Channel.
Under the agreement, NUCA contributes by offering the project’s land in exchange for 26% of the project’s total revenues.
According to Mansour, the project comprises 40,000 units, of which 36,000 are apartments, while the rest are villas.
The Oasis is an integrated urban community, comprising all the needed services and activities. Around 100 acres are allocated for the establishment of schools and universities.
