Cairo-based Palm Hills Developments announced it will be tightening safety measures and providing home sterilization services free of charge for all its clients, Invest-Gate reports.

“While the world is still realizing the magnitude of the COVID-19 pandemic amidst the unprecedented wave of events, we have decided to put the negativity aside and focus on being proactive,” the real estate developer announced in a statement released on  March 19.

The company added, “Our top priority remains to guarantee and secure a safer environment for our residents. we remain committed to taking safety measures that could help us contain the virus, while providing services and solutions to lessen the probability of any potential risk of contracting the virus.”

The company will be using hydrogen peroxide and silver nitrate materials to sterilize homes, so its homeowners will asked to vacate the house during the process and for two hours after completion.
