Palm Hills Developments (PHD), one of Egypt’s leading real estate developers, announced achieving EGP 182bn in total sales during the first nine months of 2025, up from EGP 130bn in the same period of 2024 — a 40% year-on-year increase that underscores the company’s market leadership and the continued strength of Egypt’s real estate sector, Invest-Gate reports.

The company also revealed the acquisition of a 315-feddan land plot at the entrance of the New Capital, adjacent to New Cairo, with projected total sales of around EGP 160bn over the next eight years. In addition, Palm Hills acquired a 97-feddan plot as an extension of Palm Hills New Cairo, located next to its flagship development. The new project is set to launch before year-end, with expected sales of EGP 29bn over three years.

Yasseen Mansour, Chairman and Group CEO of the Board of Directors of Palm Hills Developments, emphasized that Egypt remains an attractive investment destination due to its diverse economic opportunities and growth potential. He noted that the company continues to record unprecedented sales, reflecting strong customer confidence in its quality-driven, sustainable projects.

“Our recent expansion into strategic locations such as the New Capital and New Cairo reflects our long-term vision and confidence in the Egyptian market, which continues to prove itself as one of the region’s most stable and appealing real estate destinations,” Mansour added.

He highlighted that these acquisitions align with Palm Hills’ ambitious strategy to broaden its project portfolio, diversify offerings, and cater to a wider customer base, reinforcing its position as a leading force shaping Egypt’s modern real estate landscape.
