Egypt’s developer Palm Hills Developments has been awarded, for the second year in a row, the prestigious BT100 “Exceptionally Innovative Project” accolade for its revolutionary creative city project in 6th of October City, Badya, Invest-Gate reports.

The company’s CEO Mohamed Sultan received the award on behalf of the leading real estate company, according to a statement on March 5.

Sultan commented on the milestone, saying, “This award underscores Palm Hills Developments’ success in pioneering the concept of innovation in the real estate market and validates our efforts of creating a ‘creative city’ that represents a brighter future for the residents of Badya and the residents of Cairo.”

He added that Badya is the first project in the region to merge creativity and modern technology in a framework that houses innovation at the core of its activities.

Badya is located in the heart of 6th October City, west Cairo, and consists of six self-contained residential districts that house independent services. Providing an integrated lifestyle built on nature and health, the integrated project contains an abundance of green spaces, pedestrian walkways, bicycle paths, and facilities that include an international university campus, clubhouse, and commercial district, to name a few.

Last year, Palm Hills was awarded the “BT100 Crystal Awards” for the best-performing company on the Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX).
